Just when you think you have all the small appliances you need. Actually, I think we do, but according to Joe, we needed a humidifier because of the dry air in here. Gee, I’d just open the sliding door and let the snow in. Which I do anyway whenever there’s cooking going on. Ridiculous. I’m so against this purchase, I wish I could have prevented it. It’s almost as bad as that silly little Dirt Devil, though not as noisy. Ridiculous.
In other news, I got my class schedule for the semester, and it’s great. Woohoo! Great meaning it’s entirely at the school 15 minutes from home by bus, meaning ridiculously long breaks between classes are most welcome. Guess the gamble paid off–it’s the only school I chose. Classes officially start today, but my student won’t start till tomorrow, so I’ve got a day to bask in the glow my wonderful schedule. It’s my 2nd sem. of notetaking*, and I’m looking forward to it, even if the classes seem harder. Just because of location.

*If you read my September posts last year, you would’ve known that got a notetaking job (taking down notes for deaf students) and turned down the grant to go to school myself… which seemed to piss off the Ministry. But since I didn’t write any September posts, I understand.
