Practice begins at home… but am shy. And it will remain at home, as it’s deathly cold out there–minus twenty-something. So cold had to take out my giant puffy coat, which I haven’t even used at all this year. I did head out for a few hours for that class at the Henry’s down on Queen St. Check out my teacher below.
