Tiendesitas

Newish place (2-3 years old) in Pasig (Julia Vargas and C-5). Features Filipiniana — handicrap, furniture, antiques, food stalls, and a pet village. (Good prices but mostly cash only. Tawad-friendly!)

V. pretty. But fantastic dust collectors… and potential fire hazard. Scary!

Ooh, rare moment with Joycee (of world-meeting fame.)

Another beautiful mirror.

Since it’s open-air, these huge cooling fans help keep you alive. (Pet stores have aircon. Not that there are no caged animals outside the stores, possibly at the throes of heatstroke. Yoo-hoo, PAWS…)

Wow, a couch. Wonder how many kilos this weighs… but probably not DIY, too big for maleta.

Responsible garbage-throwing (as well as quick-thinking head-horning action) is always admirable.

Aah… da view… C5.

Nice banyo, v. bambooic.

Remember that joke, What is a protestant? (Answer: Bilihan ng prots. Hahaha)

Contemplated eating around here…

But ended up at Max’s for the aircon. And Piolo decal.

Ooh, another rare moment! With resident Comm-Res prodigy.

Brushing Chili’s hair when I got home — check out fur ball in hand. Mmm…
